hello. i am new to this so please bare with me. i applied for the bonus over a year ago and received a letter stating that i will not receive the bonus because i got one back in 1971. i was under the impression that pat quinn started this or that's what i heard he said and i didn't know that this has been around forever. if i would have know this i would not have reapplied. any thoughts. thanks
